Summer Concert Series and Homegrown Market, Join us for our summer concerts in the park sponsored by Iberdrola Renewables. Concerts are free and fun for all ages.  Our Homegrown Market will feature local produce, baked goods and artists.  This concert features the Matt Hogan Band.  Food will be provided by a local non-profit. Sept 7 Frankie Ballard (with Dustin Lynch), At the Fulton County Fair, Frankie Ballard and Dustin Lynch are set to perform starting at 7:30, at the fairgrounds' grandstand, Sept. 7th, 2015 @7:30pm at the Fulton County Fairgrounds, Wauseon, OH.

Marion Popcorn Festival, Always the first Thursday, Friday and Saturday after Labor Day. On Thursday a show for seniors is held inside the Palace Theatre free of charge, along with the parade beginning at 6:00 p.m. Free top name entertainment evening at the outdoor main stage beginning at 8:30 p.m. Lots of food, rides, local entertainment and popcorn for all to enjoy! Flat Rock Creek Fall Festival, Flat Rock Creek Fall Festival is a celebration of old time steam engines and vintage farm equipment. The air is crisp with the cool suggestion of fall, and filled with the smells of apple cider, kettle corn, corn on the cob, and smoke from hot, boiling steam engines. Thousands of people fill the Paulding County Fairgrounds and enjoy browsing hundreds of craftspeople and flea market stands. In addition we provide four stages of live music, lots of great food and demonstrations.  Entry is $5.00 per person for one day or $10.00 per person for a three day pass. September 18, 19, 20, 2015 at the Paulding County Fairgrounds Paulding, Ohio.

Travel Through Time, The Marion Co. Historical Society presents a hike through the 18th and 19th century. Meet Native Americans, militia, early settlers and Civil War reenactment as you stop back in time with period food and vendors. Annual Twilight Dinner, Enjoy a dinner under the stars at a quaint family-owned vineyard in the Heart of Ohio. The evening includes a  bottle of Shamrock's distinctive wine, a delicious catered meal, music to enjoy with friendly company. Sept 20 Rhythm on the River Concert Series, a summer concert series sponsored by the Historical Society of Grand Rapids, Ohio. These concerts are presented free to the public at the Wright Pavilion behind LaRoe's on the Tow Path in Grand Rapids Ohio at 4:00 pm. Bring a chair or blanket, but do come and enjoy the music! National Dachshund Races, 2015 marks our 15th year. The weekend kicks off with a Weenie Martini Party Friday night 7-9pm followed by all day events Saturday. Last minute registration from 8:30-9:30am with events starting shortly after. Dress up events free with purchase of a racing event. Come join the fun and raise money for great causes! Started by the late Toni Gossard to create a safe event for the doxies & a fun time for families. Her goal was to spread this safe event across the United States. Currently, our circuit has races in MI, FL, GA, OK & PA, finals in OH. STEM in the Park, STEM in the Park, a free family day of hands-on fun at Bowling Green State University, will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 26 at the Perry Field House, with plenty of free parking available. It will feature interactive displays and activities created by community partners, local businesses and area universities to engage children of all ages in the STEM fields. Over 100 unique exhibitors will host hands-on STEM Activity Stations at the event that individuals and families can enjoy.    This event allows participants to make ice cream, dabble in robotics, launch pop rockets, pet lizards, take-home free STEM activities and much more.
